About Me
"In addition to being the Board Chair, Tom is also a parent of a MAC adult client. Tom is a Supply Chain professional having worked at Oracle, Twitter and Juniper Networks. His belief is that the resource MAC provides to its students, adult clients and their families is a powerful and necessary service. As such, Tom and the rest of the Board are dedicated to ensuring that the teachers, staff, and all MAC personnel have the tools and resources required to serve our population in the most optimal manner.
Tom's hobbies include travel to great beaches, boating, hiking, biking and (believe or not) yard work.
Looking forward, working with the Board, staff, parents and community to achieve Vision 2030 is on the top of his priority list."

About Me
Debbie has a passion for supporting students, teaching staff and families. She is a retired educator with 34 years of experience as an elementary teacher, school Principal, Director of Special Education and Executive Director of Student Services and Special Education. She is skilled at curriculum and program development, leadership development, as well as special education laws and is a fierce advocate for students with special needs.
Debbie was honored to join the MAC Board in March of 2022. Having placed students in the Morgan Center, she knows first-hand the positive impact it has on students and their families and is proud to serve on the Board.
Debbie is a certified bareboat sailor and loves to be on the ocean or sailing on Lake Tahoe. She also loves to travel, tend to her garden and chickens, and play with her dogs and her partner, Ted. She enjoys spending time with her family and close friends. Debbie is an active member of the Cupertino Rotary.

As Executive Director of Educator Preparation Programs Adora leads programs that address both school administrative credentialing, general and special education teacher credentialing, and behavioral health professional credentialing/licensing programs.
In addition, Adora has designed and developed an Educator Workforce Pathways program, which supports potential educators with navigating licensing and credentialing program systems from Pre-school through career as well as mental and behavioral health credentialing/licensing programs.
The goals of the Educator Preparation Programs are to support education that embeds equity, social justice, and inclusion principles throughout its offerings, but also to target potential educators of color and ensure they complete their programs debt-free, increasing opportunities for prosperity as well as opportunities to develop generational wealth over time.
Due to Adora’s leadership, fiscal and informational barriers are being removed for a diverse teaching pool to respond to the local and state needs for credentialed and licensed educators. Adora has co-written and attained over $80 million in grant funds that subsidize the total tuition cost, for candidates in the areas of Special Eduation, Early Childhood Education, K-12 Credentialing, Administrative Credentialing and Mental and Behavioral licensure and credentialing in the field of education.
Currently, over 1500 fully credentialed educators have entered the workforce under her leadership, developing a multi-agency referral service to ease the process for a diverse educator pools. Adora’s department has a 100% success rate when attaining and implementing and developing grants to fund educational attainment for teachers, administrators, early childhood staff, special education staff and mental and behavioral health staff. Adora approaches all of her work with equity and inclusion in mind and is a leader with a passion for social justice work that directly impacts current generations and generations to come.

Jeffrey Eaton has proudly served on the Morgan Autism Center - Board of Directors since 2018. “One of my favorite lifetime memories was touring the previous MAC campus for the first time with Director Brad and realizing that I had never been so close to so much selfless dedication and pure love in any environment…I knew immediately that MAC was a ‘lifetime’ connection for me.”
As an Architect, Jeffrey brings his Design, Construction and Project Management experience to help assist with the Center’s Campus and Logistic needs and as a member of the Campus Facilities Committee, he aspires to help guide Morgan Autism Center in its Vision for the Future.
Jeffrey is a graduate of Architecture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and is the proud father of two, Kennedy and Maverick.

"Stephanie Gray is the Director of the Business Assurance Services at SRI, a nonprofit scientific research institute serving the government and industry. She graduated from Southwest Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Computer Science and from Pepperdine University with a Master of Business Administration. Stephanie has over two decades of experience in finance, information security, risk management, and governance. Stephanie is a Certified Public Accounting in Texas and Oklahoma, a Certified Internal Auditor, and a Certified Information System Auditor. She also serves as the Board Treasurer for a credit union.
Stephanie became aware of the Morgan Autism Center through the Starry Starry Night fundraising events. She admires the organization's impact on the autism and other developmental disabilities community. Stephanie was honored to join the board in 2023.
Stephanie and her husband, Robert, have three children and five grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with the family, attending the grandkids' soccer and baseball games, with her book club girlfriends, and traveling."

Ted Moorhead is a Senior Vice President – Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager – Portfolio Focus at RBC Wealth Management, a division of the Royal Bank of Canada that provides comprehensive financial planning and investment services to individuals, families, and institutions. He graduated from Western Carolina University and is an active member of the community. Ted serves on the boards of the Morgan Autism Center and Bay Area Housing Corporation and is also a member of the Santa Clara Rotary Club. Additionally, he is affiliated with the Sierra Club and the San Jose Bicycle Club. Ted has called the Bay Area home since 1985 and enjoys skiing, golfing, biking, and backpacking. Most importantly, he is the proud father of two daughters. His commitment to community service drives his interest in volunteering with local organizations.

Faith is a third-generation, multifaceted construction and finance professional who has spent her entire career in the business of building. Faith continues to expand her expertise through her true passion—as an EOS Integrator. In this role, she owns the P&L and continuously strives for the cleanest, most accurate state of financial well-being. Her talent for process creation and SOP development is where she truly shines, bringing clarity and efficiency to every system she touches.
Faith’s belief that even the smallest daily improvements create meaningful change over time is both inspiring and contagious. Her collaborative, “we”-focused mindset aligns perfectly with the MAC culture, where teamwork and growth are at the heart of success.

Born in Berkeley, but raised in Bakersfield, currently 79 years old and recently retired from a 52-year career as a lawyer, focusing mostly on commercial real estate. Admitted in California in 1972, went to work for the CA Attorney General, then came to San Jose in 1974 and practiced here for 50 years. AB and JD from UCLA and UCLA Law. Taught advanced real estate law as a part-time adjunct professor at SCU Law for nine years. Director, Secretary, and President of the Santa Clara County Bar Association. Co-founder and Board Member of ACE Charter School. Managed a few political campaigns. Three grandsons keep me busy.

Vanessa is a fierce advocate for individuals with autism and complex medical conditions; she finds nothing more meaningful than helping families improve the quality of life for their loved ones with disabilities. Her experience at Parents Helping Parents and Stanford Medicine Office of Child Health Equity are professional roles held in this capacity, but the role of parent is the one that brought her to Morgan Autism Center years ago.
When Vanessa made her first visit to MAC with her child, she was struck by how happy the students, clients, and staff were and the overall culture that championed errorless learning in a dignified, loving environment. It’s why she’s honored to be a MAC volunteer, parent, and most recently, a board member.
Vanessa has a Bachelor of Science from San Francisco State University and a Master of Public Health from the University of San Francisco.

Michael Wimbish has served as Aspire’s Chief Financial Officer since 2021. In this role, Michael leads Finance, Accounting/AP, Payroll, Financial Compliance, and Real Estate for Aspire’s 36 schools, which serve over 15,500 scholars in grades TK-12 across the State of California.
Michael previously served as the Director of Finance at Aspire for 2.5 years, leading and developing Aspire’s Finance team and managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across Aspire. Before joining Aspire Public Schools, Michael spent 8 years at Intel Corporation and 4 years at The Clorox Corporation in various Finance roles. One of his passions is working with young people as a basketball coach. The opportunity to combine his passions for finance and serving young people inspired him to join the Aspire team. Michael is a proud alumni of the University of Southern California, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Corporate Finance. In 2024, Michael completed the FOX Fellowship for charter management CFOs and COOs.
Outside work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Jesslynn, their five daughters: Kailynn, Jordynn, Kendall, Mikayla, and Makenzie, and one son, Dominick.

In addition, Joe has asset managed over 20 million square feet throughout the west coast and in Florida.

Rickey is an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. He specializes in tax law, business law, corporate law, and tax-exempt organizations. Rickey has a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting in taxation from Utah State University. Rickey earned his law degree from the University of California at Hastings in 1989 and his LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University in 1990. He is a Certified Specialist in tax law with the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. Rickey was also a member of the adjunct faculty at Santa Clara University School of Law where he teaches Federal Income Taxation.
Rickey has been a member of the San Jose community since 1981. His past and current community and professional activities includes: Executive Committee of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of California; Trustee, Santa Clara County Bar Association; Executive Committee, Santa Clara County Bar Association; Past president, Santa Clara County Black Lawyers Association; Member, Santa Clara County Black Chamber of Commerce; Past member, downtown Kiwanis club; Board of Directors, Sixth District Appellate Program; Board of Directors, The Morgan Center; Advisory Board, Development Enhancement Special Fund of the Office of Economic Development, City of San Jose; Member, National Association of Black Accountants; Graduate, Community Leadership San Jose program sponsored by the San Jose Chamber of Commerce; Member, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People; Appointee on San Jose Mayor Susan Hammer’s Committee to interview candidates for San Jose Police Auditor and candidates for City Manager; Speaker at various continuing education programs and community service programs.
