Lead a classroom of children in our school program with the support of a team of Instructional Aides. Design and implement impactful learning experiences.

You hold a BA and a teaching credential (even mild/mod!) and have several years of relevant experience. You’re ready for the next step in your career working with children with profound autism. You’re also excited to supervise a team of Instructional Aides.

Support a range of adult program participants in a 1:3 ratio to implement sessions under the direction of the Adult Program Directors.

You have prior experience working with adults with an intellectual or developmental disability. You’re passionate about providing positive 1:3 support and excited to learn a new job.

Support children in our school program and implement sessions and support strategies under the direction of the classroom teacher

You have several years of experience working with children with profound autism. You may have a BA or some college experience. You’re passionate about providing high quality 1:1 support. You may be interested in becoming a teacher

Work with adult participants in a 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 ratios to implement instructional sessions to produce significant improvements in the individual’s skill acquisition.

You hold a BA and several years of relevant experience. You have a track record of implementing instructional sessions and positive behavior support plans for participants.
